PenTestersToolkit disclaims all liability for misuse of its products. Purchasers accept full responsibility for ensuring they have the necessary authorizations for using the tools.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING TERMS

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, PenTestersToolkit is no longer liable for the package. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Theft (e.g., porch piracy).
  • Misdelivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery to neighbors or unintended recipients.

If a package is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Mistakenly Sent Items:

If PenTestersToolkit mistakenly sends an item to a customer, the item remains the sole property of PenTestersToolkit. Receiving an item in error does not transfer ownership to the customer.

  • Notification Requirement: Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. Failure to notify us constitutes an acknowledgment of intent to unlawfully retain the property.
  • Return Obligation: Customers are required to return the item within 14 days after receiving a prepaid return label from PenTestersToolkit.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to return the mistakenly sent item within the required timeframe may result in:
    • Immediate legal action to recover the item or its full value.
    • Additional fees and costs incurred by PenTestersToolkit for recovery, which the customer agrees to reimburse.

Credit Card Disputes:

Customers agree not to initiate credit card disputes for any package marked as delivered or for mistakenly sent items. Any disputes raised will be contested, and customers may be held liable for legal and administrative costs associated with resolving such disputes.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools and links. PenTestersToolkit is not responsible for the accuracy or content of third-party materials and will not be liable for any harm or damages arising from their use.
