REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of penetration testing equipment, we do not accept returns or refunds for electronic devices, including but not limited to:

  • HackRF devices
  • Network analyzers
  • Other penetration testing hardware

These items are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipment to ensure functionality. Once shipped, they are considered final sale and non-returnable. We are happy to address any questions or concerns regarding these items prior to purchase to ensure they meet your needs.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

    • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
      Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@pentesterstoolkit.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the following conditions to qualify:

  • Be in the same condition that you received them
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Unapproved Returns: Items that do not meet the criteria will be returned to the sender or disposed of at our discretion.
