Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on rates provided by the shipper. A $2.50 handling fee is applied to each order.

We also offer free shipping for orders over $75.

SHIPPING ERRORS, LIABILITY, AND DISPUTES:

While we strive for accuracy in fulfilling orders, Pentester’s Toolkit is not liable for shipping errors or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Packages mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's address.
  • Packages stolen after delivery (e.g., porch piracy).
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Credit Card Disputes:

By placing an order, you agree that you will not initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for any of the above situations. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pentester’s Toolkit is no longer responsible for its security or whereabouts.

If a package is misdelivered due to a carrier error or stolen after delivery, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist by providing documentation or other necessary information to support your claim.

Resolution Process:

In the event of a shipping mistake caused by us, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item or noticing an issue. Pentester’s Toolkit reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include reshipping the correct item, issuing a refund, or requesting the return of the mistakenly shipped item.

If an item is mistakenly shipped to the customer, Pentester’s Toolkit retains ownership of the item and may request its return. In such cases, Pentester’s Toolkit will provide a prepaid return shipping label and require the item to be returned within 14 days. Failure to return the item may result in legal action to recover the product or its value.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and release Pentester’s Toolkit from liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from shipping errors, theft, or misdelivery.
